Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position serving patients in the Detroit area. This role offers a $10,000 first-year success bonus for achieving key goals during the first year and ongoing rewards beyond.

You will deliver skilled, patient-centered care, perform assessments, manage medications, educate families, and maintain thorough EMR documentation while traveling to patient homes within your territory.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of work.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Valid driver's license required for travel.
• Ability to work independently with a care team.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
