Job summary

Nurseline Community Services, part of the Catalyst Care Group, seeks Registered General Nurses to deliver compassionate, complex care in patients' homes across Rhode Island. You will manage medications, tracheostomies, PEGs, NG tubes, and oversee care plans delivering person-centered care reflective of our community values.

The role emphasizes clinical oversight, advocating for clients, and practicing ethically within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RGN with current NMC registration.
• At least 18 months of healthcare experience, preferably in community/home care.
• Experience managing complex health needs and diverse populations.
• Proven ability to supervise healthcare teams and provide clinical oversight.
• Experience supporting people with eating disorders and complex physical health needs.
• Driving license is essential for community work.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive home healthcare services including physical health care and complex medical management.
• Administer medications, manage tracheostomies, PEGs, NG tubes, and other interventions.
• Ensure adherence to care plans and adjust based on health status.
