Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for contract-full-time work in Springdale, Arkansas. You will provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home, following physician orders and the individual care plan, with occasional trips outside the home for appointments.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, an active RN license in the state, CPR if applicable, and meeting health and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice
• Current CPR certification
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care per physician-ordered plan
• Care delivered mostly in the patient’s home or residential setting with occasional transfers for appointments and activities

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient'shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
