Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Medford, Oregon. The role involves delivering skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes or residential settings according to physician orders.

With 40 hours per week and an emphasis on documentation, you will travel to patient locations as needed and collaborate with the care team to follow the individual care plan.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• CPR certification (if applicable).
• TB questionnaire or PPD/chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
