Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nashville team. In this role you will provide in-home nursing care, educate patients and families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery at home.

You will hold a Tennessee RN license, have at least two years of nursing experience (home health preferred), and maintain current CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license for Tennessee is required.
• Minimum two years of registered nurse experience; home health preferred.
• CPR and BCLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care and case management.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to support recovery at home.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
• Current driver's license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
