Caretenders Home Health, a part of LHC Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating the plan of care with physicians and the care team. You will supervise home health staff and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualificações

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care with the physician and other health care professionals.
• Supervises care provided by home health staff, providing instruction and task assignment per State and federal regulations.
• Provides required supervisory visits and ensures high-quality clinical services within the plan of care.
