Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare home health & hospice regulations.
• Valid driver license and automobile insurance.
• Experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources.
• Promote awareness of Enhabit services to improve patient outcomes and transitions.
• Support referral growth and ensure satisfaction of patients and providers.
