Job summary

Elite Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver care in home settings. You will implement treatment plans, provide exercise instruction, and educate patients to improve wellbeing under supervision of a PT.

Qualifications

• Current license/registration to practice physical therapy.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and supervise PT for plan of care.
• Instruct in exercises, gait, ADL, transfers.
• Observe and report patient responses; coordinate with team.
• Educate patient, family, and care team on therapy.
• Provide care irrespective of patient demographics.
