PruittHealth Home Health is hiring Physical Therapy Assistants to provide home-based rehabilitation under the supervision of a PT. Two full-time openings across Florida locations (Flagler and Volusia). We offer top-market pay with a per-point compensation model, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.

Qualified candidates will hold a PTA credential, have a valid state license, and at least two years of therapy experience. Prior home health is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and unrestricted professional license in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a PTA entry level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the APTA.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the plan of care within goals defined by physician, patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and attending physician to manage the plan of care.
• Maintain documentation timely, accurate, and at the point of care according to industry standards.
• Assess the patient’s physical disability and level of function with the physical therapist.
• Maintain current license, certification and clinical records to meet regulations.
