Job summary

Suru Physical Therapy Inc. provides outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes across Southern California. We're seeking licensed PTAs to treat Suru patients near where they live and work as 1099 independent contractors, paid per completed visit.

You will treat follow-up visits in the patient’s home. Plans of care are usually 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks, often renewed. The Suru app notifies you, you set visit times, and Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation and billing; weekly

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California PTA license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Local business license (LLC not required).
• Independent contractor status (1099).

Responsibilities

• Treat follow-up visits in the patient’s home with supervision from a licensed PT.
• Plans of care typically 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks, with renewals where appropriate.
• Use Suru app to accept patients and schedule visits with the patient.
• Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation and billing.
• Dictate and submit routine visit notes by voice in the app.
