PARS Therapy in Arlington, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients throughout their recovery journey. You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life by delivering personalized care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in patient care.
• Solid understanding of current treatment techniques and therapy practices.
• Professional and compassionate when educating and engaging with patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce reliance on medications through therapy.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans and wellness programs.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate actively in rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor progress, document services, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
