Job summary

PARS Therapy in San Leon, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients throughout recovery. You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and promote well-being in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and document progress. Requirements include Texas PTA license, CPR, liability insurance, and prior home health or rehab

Qualifications

Active Texas PTA license required.
Current CPR certification.
Professional liability insurance coverage required.
Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT.
Assist in identifying patient goals and implement interventions for mobility needs.
Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
Develop and carry out individualized care plans with proven techniques.
Create wellness programs tailored to each patient’s condition and goals.
Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
