Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in home settings under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce medication reliance.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans.
• Create wellness programs tailored to each patient's condition and goals.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Promote health by improving strength, flexibility, balance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to supervising therapist.
• Document services and maintain patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
