VitalCaring Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for field-based home health in the Orlando area. You’ll deliver hands-on therapy directly to patients in their homes, following the plan of care, and working under a licensed Physical Therapist.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, collaboration with the care team, and ongoing professional development. CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license or certification as required by state law.
• 1+ year of home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Follow individualized plans of care to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and functional mobility.
• Support patients with transfers, strengthening, and activities of daily living.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and use of assistive devices.
