Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Boerne, TX to support patients through recovery. The role involves delivering PT services in the home, helping restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients to participate actively in rehab.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance required.
• Experience in home health or rehab settings preferred.
• Collaborates effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy under supervision of licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Develop individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Document services and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
