Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage recommended.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical PTA experience with patients.
• Adaptive care approaches for diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based PT services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.

• Develop individualized care plans using proven techniques.
