PARS Therapy in Bandera, TX seeks a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients’ recovery journeys at home. You will help restore mobility, independence, and overall well-being by delivering personalized care within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include conducting home-based PT under supervision, setting goals with patients, and using proven techniques to improve strength, balance, and movement. CPR, license, and liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license.
• CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical PTA experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based physical therapy services under supervision.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce medication reliance.
• Develop individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Create wellness and fitness programs for each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes for the supervising therapist.
• Maintain timely and complete patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
