Qualifications

• Must hold California PTA license.
• CPR/BLIS certifications current.
• TB test negative within past year and annual flu shot.
• Immunization records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid driver’s license with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering skilled PT interventions, including exercises and stretches, to improve mobility and function.
• Creating and executing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
