• Immunization records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP and Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions and therapeutic exercises.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
