PARS Therapy in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients through recovery, improve mobility and functional independence in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

In this collaborative role you will develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and promote evidence-based treatments while helping patients regain independence and thrive in daily life.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license and CPR certification.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based treatment and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to improve mobility.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to promote movement and independence.
• Support non-surgical approaches and reduce reliance on medications.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate actively in rehab.
• Document services and maintain timely patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising therapist.
