Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide one-on-one home health therapy in Seminole County, FL. This PRN/Per Diem role supports patients under a PT’s supervision, following physician orders to promote independence and improved quality of life.

The ideal candidate has an active PTA license in Florida, a valid driver’s license with insurance and a clean MVR, and at least 1 year of home health experience. Lymphedema certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license/certification is required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ year PTA/Home Health experience preferred.
• Lymphedema certification preferred.
• Sound judgement and passion for patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting.
• Follow physician orders and treatment plans under supervision of a Registered PT.
• Deliver therapy to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.
