Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is hiring a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for home health visits in North Lake County, FL. This PRN/per diem role supports our award-winning team and focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered therapy.

Under supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist, you will provide one-on-one sessions, follow physician orders, and help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license/certification required.
• 1+ year of PTA experience; home health preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting.
• Follow physician orders and treatment plans under supervision of a Registered PT.
• Help patients achieve independence and improved quality of life.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient satisfaction.
