Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide one-on-one home health services in Hernando County, FL. This PRN/per diem role supports patients under the supervision of a Registered PT and focuses on improving independence and quality of life.

Qualified candidates hold an active Florida PTA license, a valid driver's license with insurance, and at least 1 year of experience; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with active Florida PTA license/certification.
• At least 1 year of experience; home health experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean MVR.
• Ability to work independently under supervision of a PT.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting.
• Follow physician orders and treatment plans under the supervision of a Registered PT.
• Deliver therapy to help patients achieve independence and improve quality of life.
