This full-time role focuses on delivering direct PT services under a supervising PT, with patient-centered goals and home visits. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program with an AAS/BS accepted by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Current licensure as a PTA in the practicing state.
• At least 1 year of PTA experience (preferred).
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Ability to perform home visits and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy per the supervising PT and the patient’s care plan.
• Treat patients to relieve pain and restore function.
• Guide and assist patients in therapeutic exercises, gait training, and use of assistive devices.
• Administer non-complex therapies (massage, traction, thermal modalities) to stable clients.
• Instruct and motivate patients in functional activities and home exercise programs.
• Document treatments and progress in the clinical record.
