Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking a dedicated Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team in Manatee County, Florida. This PRN/per diem role offers flexible scheduling with autonomy to deliver individualized therapy in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one PTA services under a PT's supervision, adhering to treatment plans, and helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of PTA experience required; home health experience preferred.
• Current PTA license/certification in Florida required.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
