Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering patient-centered care. You will perform delegated physical therapy procedures, document progress notes, and adapt treatments within the established plan while addressing age-specific needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required for PTA licensure.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the applicable state.
• Entry-level candidates may apply.
• BLS (Health Care Provider) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering physical therapy.
• Document patient progress notes and track treatment outcomes.
• Modify procedures within the established plan as patient status changes.
