CHRISTUS HomeCare - Tyler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy services in home care settings under the supervision of a PT. You will execute the plan of care, educate patients and families, and work within state regulations to support patient well-being.

Qualificações

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
• Weekend rotation availability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Follow state laws governing home health PT, operate under supervising PT plan, and adjust as directed.
• Instruct patients in active/passive exercises and gait, ADL, and mobility training.
• Record patient responses and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Educate patient, family, and caregivers on therapy within PT assistant scope.
• Function effectively in home settings, respecting all patient backgrounds.
