Job summary

Suru Physical Therapy Inc. seeks licensed PTAs to treat patients in their homes across Southern California. You’ll work on a flexible schedule providing follow-up visits, with plans typically 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks, and renewals as needed. Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluations, and billing.

You’ll submit notes via voice in the Suru app and coordinate visit times directly with patients, earning pay per completed visit and weekly direct deposit as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with active California license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Independent contractor status (1099).

Responsibilities

• Treat follow-up visits in patients' homes.
• Plan of care is coordinated with the supervising PT and the Suru app for scheduling.
• Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation and billing.
• Dictate notes by voice, review and submit in the app.
