Job summary

Suru Physical Therapy Inc. is seeking licensed PTAs to treat Suru patients in Southern California homes. You will work as a 1099 independent contractor, choosing visits when available via the Suru app and coordinating directly with patients.

Visits are typically 2–3 per week per patient over about 12 weeks, with plans renewed as appropriate. Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation, and billing, while you complete concise in-app notes.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat follow-up visits in the patient’s home with supervision from a licensed PT.
• Plans of care typically 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks and may be renewed as needed.
• Coordinate visits with patients via Suru app and set times with patients.
• Suru handles intake, insurer authorization, evaluation and billing.
• Take routine visit notes by voice, review and submit in the Suru app.
