Job summary

Suru Physical Therapy Inc. is seeking licensed PTAs to treat patients in their homes across Southern California. You are paid per completed visit and can schedule visits around your life; Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation, and billing.

Typical care involves 2–3 visits per week for about 12 weeks with renewals as needed. You’ll work as a 1099 independent contractor with direct weekly deposit; LLC not required. Active California PTA license and home health experience preferred.

• Work as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Treat follow-up visits in the patient\'s home.
• Plans of care are typically 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks and may be renewed.
• Coordinate with patients to set visit times via the Suru app.
• Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation, and billing.
• Record routine visit notes quickly by voice, then submit in the app.
