Job summary

PARS Therapy seeks a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Stafford, TX. You will support patients throughout recovery, restore mobility, and promote independence in their daily lives.

In this onsite role you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, and document progress while adhering to the physician's plan of care. Clinical experience in home health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage is required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility/intervention plans.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Document services and communicate patient progress to the care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to ensure coordinated care.
