Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Temple, TX to support patients through recovery. You will help restore mobility and independence in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

Required: Active Texas PTA license, CPR certification, and liability insurance. Experience in home health or rehab settings is preferred, with a focus on personalized, compassionate care

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health PT services under supervision of licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce medication reliance.
• Develop individualized care plans with proven techniques.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to conditions.
• Educate and motivate patients for rehabilitation.
• Promote health by improving strength, flexibility, balance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and document treatment outcomes.
• Document all services and maintain patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
