PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in Richmond, TX. You will deliver home-based physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT, helping patients regain function, mobility, and independence in their daily lives.

The role emphasizes collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on evidence-based interventions, patient education, and tailored wellness plans.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical PTA experience and compassionate patient education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy under supervision.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-conscious treatments.
• Support non-surgical care and reduce medication reliance.
• Develop individualized care plans with proven techniques.
• Create wellness programs tailored to each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients for rehabilitation.
• Improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates.
• Document services and maintain patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
