PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Arlington, TX to support patients throughout their recovery journey. You will deliver personalized care that restores mobility, enhances independence, and improves quality of life, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas (or eligibility).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven clinical PTA experience and patient education skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in patient care.
• Solid understanding of current PT/ PTA treatment techniques.
• Professional and compassionate approach when educating patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
• Promote alternatives to surgery and reduce medication reliance through rehab.
• Develop individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Create wellness programs tailored to patient conditions and goals.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in their rehab and recovery.
• Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain timely, complete patient records and perform additional duties as assigned.
