Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in the field under PT supervision.
• Clear documentation of rationale and timely communication with the supervising PT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled PTA visits in the home under the supervising PT’s plan of care.
• Execute treatment plans focusing on gait, balance, transfers, strengthening, and home safety.
• Set and track objective progress within PTA scope and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination to elevate changes in condition and keep the care team aligned.
• Coach patients and caregivers with practical home programs that get done.
• Document promptly and thoroughly in the electronic health record.
