Caretenders, a part of LHC Group, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home therapy within our home health network. You will follow the plan of care set by the supervising PT, instruct patients in exercises, and coordinate with the care team to support recovery and well-being. This full-time role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified new hires, a comprehensive benefits package, and a weekend rotation requirement where applicable.

Qualificações

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Ability to function in diverse home environments.
• Weekend rotation availability.

Responsabilidades

• Follow state laws and the supervising PT’s plan of care; perform only duties you are trained for.
• Instructs patients in active and passive exercises, gait, ADLs, transfers and safety.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment to the PT, and coordinate care with the health-care team.
• Educate patient, family and caregivers on therapy within the PTA scope.
