Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Clinical experience as a PTA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to patient needs.
• Ability to educate and engage patients in rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
