Qualifications

• Must hold California PTA license.
• CA Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications.
• Recent TB test and Flu shot within the past year.
• Vaccination records including Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid driver’s license with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities
