EverHomeHealthCare(EHHC) is a locally owned home health and home care company serving Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties. We are currently seeking a per-diem Physical Therapist Assistant to cover Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties and join our expanding therapy team.

This role provides PTA visits according to the plan of care, and you will train patients and caregivers in the use of therapeutic appliances while documenting progress notes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
• BLS certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to/from client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA visits according to the plan of care.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.
• Chart progress notes; private pay with straightforward documentation.
