Job summary

Access TLC Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide physical therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. All charting is performed electronically with an iPad provided by the company.

The position is per diem/per visit with mileage reimbursement, serving Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties with 22+ years of experience. Pay consists of a visit rate of $70 per visit and an hourly rate of $35 for orientation and

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy Assistant license is required.
• California Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record and insured vehicle.
• Current CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under supervision of Physical Therapist in patients' homes.
• Charting is completed electronically; internet-enabled iPad provided.
• Per diem/per visit arrangement with mileage reimbursement.
