Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Washington state.
• Reliable transportation to/from client’s home.
• Experience in home health is a plus.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status.
• Develop clients plan of care.
• Provide Physical Therapy visits.
• Instruct patients, families and caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.
• Chart progress notes; private pay so minimal administrative work.
• Perform skills verification and annual performance for other Physical Therapists.
