Job summary

Adoration Health in Florence, SC is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will provide one-to-one PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering patient-centered care in a home health setting.

The role offers full-time hours, with weekday schedule and opportunities for professional growth within a growing company and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in your practicing state
• BLS/CPR certification required by state regulations
• At least 1 year of PTA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment
• Confers with Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient’s plan of treatment, progress toward goals, questions and concerns
• Communicates patient’s needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assists in securing adaptive equipment to improve function
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation per company, facility, funding source, regulations
