Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required by state regulations.
• At least 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services planned, delegated and supervised by the supervising PT.
• Communicates progress and needs to the Physical Therapist of record.
• Assists in securing adaptive equipment to improve function.
• Maintains and submits treatment and billing documents per regulations.
