Adoration Health is seeking a passionate Home Health PTA to join our team in Wheeling, WV. You will provide expert, patient-centered care in a 1:1 home setting and collaborate with a supervising Physical Therapist to ensure meaningful outcomes for patients.

The role emphasizes independence with team support, flexible scheduling, and strong stability as part of a growing home health company. Applicants with an active PTA license in WV are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum one year of PTA work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehab techniques for complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Confers with Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient’s plan of treatment and progress.
• Communicates patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist and assists in securing adaptive equipment to improve function.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
