Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant in Campbellsville, KY. As a PTA, you will provide expert, patient-centered physical therapy services in a supportive environment. Excellent candidates will hold a valid PTA license and have experience in rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Kentucky.
• Must have a Basic Life Support or CPR certification as per state regulations.
• Preferred minimum of one year’s work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services as per the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Confers regularly with the Physical Therapist regarding the treatment plan.
• Communicates patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment documentation as required.
