Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant for Glasgow, KY. You will provide patient-centered PT services under supervision, in a 1:1 home setting, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

The role emphasizes independent work with team support, a stable facility environment, and a focus on quality patient care in the home health setting.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practicing.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Communicates progress and needs with the PT of record.
• Secures adaptive equipment as needed to support patient function.
• Maintains timely patient treatment and billing documentation.
