Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Home Health team in Louisville, KY. The PTA will provide one-on-one patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, focusing on individualized treatment plans and functional restoration in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification per state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment.
• Communicates with the Physical Therapist regularly regarding progress and plan of care.
• Assists in securing adaptive equipment to improve function and documents treatment and billing per regulations.
