BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant for home health in Louisville, KY. You will deliver patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on functional goals and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification current and compliant with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment.
• Confer with Physical Therapist regularly regarding the plan, progress and questions.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assist with adaptive equipment to improve function.
• Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation in required formats and timelines.
