Job summary

Adoration Health in Campbellsville, KY seeks a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient‑centered care team. You will provide 1:1 PT services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients reach rehabilitation goals in the home setting.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted PTA license, has CPR/BLS certification, and at least 1 year of PTA experience, with knowledge of rehab techniques for neurological injuries.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification per state requirements
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injuries

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 PT services planned, delegated and supervised by the PTA in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment
• Regularly confer with the PT regarding patient progress and plan of treatment
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the PT of record and assist in securing adaptive equipment
• Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations
