Adoration Health announces a PTA opening for Home Health in the Louisville area. The role supports inpatient and home-based patients, delivering patient-centered physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with the PT on the treatment plan and progress toward goals.
• Assist with equipment needs and adapt exercises to improve function.
• Maintain and submit treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
